Refund Policy:

    • We do not accept returns on opened products.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging, with the seal unbroken.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
  3. Exchanges:

    • If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the process and ensure you receive the replacement item promptly.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
    • After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed, and cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our return policy.
