Plants are green. Stevia is a plant. When ground into powder, it’s a “whole food” unlike what is sold in big box stores. This green powder doesn’t have an after taste either! And a little goes a long way!

Ingredients: 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour grown on our farm, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sea Salt, Baking Soda CONTAINS WHEAT

I created this product when I went “Vegan” to heal my body. I knew I needed protein but when I looked at Protein Powders, there were ingredients I couldn’t pronounce. Which was defeating the very purpose of healing that I was set out to do.

Nourished in 5 is simply 5 organic, raw seeds: Sunflower, Pumpkin, Quinoa, Chia, and Hemp. We blend into a “meal.” There’s a scoop in each bag. One scoop equals 5 grams of protein. We throw it in smoothies, muffins, pancakes, etc. Anything to bump up the protein and we know it’s truly the cleanest plant protein blend out there.

We have a local guy who grows Turmeric using organic practices. We take his Turmeric and juice it.

With the remaining pulp, we dehydrate it, and grind it into a fine powder for your use in recipes, as a supplement, or whatever use you can find for this “gold” anti-inflammatory food!

Our pancakes and waffles mix, made from whole grains, is a great way to start your day. Make breakfast time family time… the only question is, which will it be? Pancakes or waffles?

Nourished in 5 is a clean and simple way to get more plant products and protein into your diet. It is a plant-based protein blend that can be added to almost everything you eat from smoothies to cookies to black bean burger patties. We mill the raw seeds in small batches to stay as close to the source of nutrition as possible.

The Power of Seeds:

  • Sunflower Seeds: These underrated “super seeds” are an excellent source of B vitamins, including folate (which helps prevent birth defects), and vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that protects cells from damage, helps maintain healthy hair and skin, and may work to prevent cancer. They are also rich in protein and heart-healthy fats.

  • Pumpkin Seeds: Also known as pepitas, these super seeds are a source of B vitamins, iron, magnesium, zinc, and protein, and are particularly rich in the amino acid tryptophan, which may help lower anxiety. Pumpkin seeds also have high levels of essential fatty acids that help keep blood vessels healthy and lower bad cholesterol.

  • Quinoa: It is gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids making it a complete protein. It is also high in fiber, magnesium, B-vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and various antioxidants.

  • Chia: It is high in iron, folate, calcium, magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids and soluble fiber. The super seed’s calcium and magnesium promote bone and dental health, while the omega-3s help your heart by lowering triglycerides, the bad fats in your blood that can cause heart disease. Their soluble fiber helps decrease cholesterol, stabilize blood sugar, and makes you feel full longer.

  • Hemp: It is also a complete protein. Contains essential fatty acids and it is a great source of vitamin E, magnesium, manganese, iron, copper and zinc. Hemp is high in fiber so it helps you feel full, longer.

This Apple Crisp mix was made from my Grandma's recipe. She was from Michigan. In the North, they do Crisp which are more like crunchy/granola. When you add fruit and butter to this mixture, it's a party in your mouth!
